Lifetime
Lifetime access means you have uninterrupted usage of the bot for as long as it remains operational and supported.

Whether you have monthly or lifetime, any additional slots you purchase will be valid for a lifetime, as long as you continue renewing your monthly (if you have monthly) subscription on or before the due date.
In other words, if you do not renew your monthly on or before the due date, then those extra slots that you bought are no more valid for lifetime. You will have to buy again.
